I'm an immigrant from Nigeria, raised by a single mother who worked tirelessly so I could have a better life. That struggle shaped me. Today I'm running to make sure every Californian has affordable healthcare, housing they can afford, and real opportunity, not just survival.
WHY I'M RUNNING
Homogeneity in decision-making has suppressed brilliant minds.
California has more talent per square mile than anywhere on Earth but the wrong people keep getting locked out of the rooms where decisions get made. We're losing the next Einsteins, the next LeBrons, the next nurses, teachers, and founders. The fix isn't complicated. It's called access.
Healthcare Crisis
40% of Californians delay care because of cost. Medical debt is the #1 cause of bankruptcy.
Housing Out of Reach
Average rent has doubled in 10 years. Young families can't afford to stay in California.
Systems Failing People
Bureaucracy blocks access to mental health, childcare, and basic services for those who need it most.
We Need New Leaders
Career politicians haven't fixed this. We need regular people who've lived these struggles.
